This machine is especially designed to cut the meat quickly into cubes and stripes without destroying the fiber of the meat.

- Machine is able to cut the meat into lean, fat and cheese cubes and stripes
- Cuts into slices with size of 2-18mm
- Cuts into stripes with size of 3-15mm, stripes with length of 3-150mm
- Cuts into cubes with size of 3-21mm
- Suitable for frozen fat: -15°C, frozen lean beef: -6°C and frozen lean pork: -8°C
- Machine is designed with frequency converter, it can change frequency of 0-50Hz according to products and temperature
