  1. Great write-up!

This TSB-100 semi-automatic vacuum tray sealer looks impressive the features like separate welding systems, automatic vacuum/gas input, film trimming, and tool-free mold changes stand out as really practical for food packaging. Your description of its use for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) is very helpful for understanding how it extends shelf life.

I do have a couple of questions, if you don’t mind:

What kind of maintenance schedule is required (especially for the vacuum pump) to keep the machine running reliably?

Do you have examples of real users in the food industry using this machine, and how much ROI they saw (in terms of reduced spoilage or packaging efficiency)?

Is the TSB-100 easily upgradable or adaptable for different tray sizes beyond the 265 × 405 mm weld area?

Thanks for sharing this very useful for anyone considering investing in packaging equipment!
