CM Machine offers the 4SA Fryer to complete your production line. There are two chambers, oil and a brine, that are used to filter the bran and excess flour, which gives off the fried products. This ensures there is an avoidance of carbonization, and it keeps the level of acidity always low.

CM Machine offers the 6SA Fryer to complete your production line. It can be used with vegetable oil and brine (water and salt). The density difference between both liquids continuously filters the oil, achieving a longer vegetable oil durability and higher quality of the final product. Besides that, the draining process using oil and brine increase the operational life of the machine. There are two chambers, oil and a brine, that are used to filter the bran and excess flour, which gives off the fried products.
