ERS Check Weigher

 

 

The Checkweigher provides automatic weighing of the products coming out of the production line during their passage over the conveyors with 0.2-gram precision and high weighing speed. Products that are below or above the desired tolerance are separated from the line through various rejection methods (air blowing, piston, lever, audible light warning, etc.).   This machine offers the opportunity to work at maximum efficiency with its high precision and weighing speed. Values such as the number of products with suitable weight, the number of high and low weight products, average product weight, and line efficiency can be monitored and reported via the 10.2” colored operator panel. Thanks to its reporting feature, it can make detailed product-based reports at the times requested by the user (day, shift, hour, week, etc.), store the reports on USB memory, send e-mails to the e-mail addresses defined in the system, and integrate into the SAP-ERP systems of factories. It protects the customer by separating the products with low weight and the producer by separating the products with high weight.
