Several dozen machines are now operating reliably worldwide, mainly in the poultry industry, some also in the fish processing industry.
The machine was originally developed in particular and is predominately suited to process fresh poultry breast.
During demonstrations, we repeatedly observe that customers spontaneously develop ideas for new products or immediately notice how they can significantly improve their existing cutting processes.
The possibility to create both horizontal and many vertical cuts with one machine, or to use only one of the two options at a time, offers a latitude for the production of many different products.
For example, the following products can be made from chicken breast:
- escalopes
- mini steaks
- strips/stir fry
- cubes/goulash
In the meantime, a number of accessories have also been developed, such as a short or a long conveyor for the separate discharge of the 2nd disc after the horizontal cut with the band blade unit. Furthermore, the machine is also suitable for integration into a production line.
