Fixed / Mobile Meat Buggy Lifter

This is a specially designed unit made of stainless steel for lifting 200L and 300L meat buggies. Making loading and unloading easier in a fast pace working place.

This lifter is Universal, it can be used as mobile lifter for different machines in workplace when equipped with undercarriage trolley.

Also, it can be used as stationary lifter bolted to the ground.

Tilting height is easily adjustable by moving the tilting roll up and down in steps of 50mm. Tilting roll with position sensor is fixed on screws and connected with coil spring cable.

Tilting height is adjustable from 700mm up to 2300mm.

If necessary, we can provide a lifter with tilting height up to 2500mm but only as a stationary version bolted to the ground.

Safety Features:

• This lifter meets the requirement of DIN EN 13288:2010 norm which is necessary for user safety and often asked for in big food processing plants.
• For lifting up and down process, user needs to put both hands on the buttons, when user will remove the fingers from buttons lifting will stop immediately.
• Up and down buttons cannot be operated by one hand.
• The Engine and Gear box got a brake inside, in case of losing power supply the process stops immediately and avoids falling off the trolley.
• The Chain lifting mechanism has a secondary safety device, in case of breaking the chain the lifter stops immediately and avoids falling of the trolley.
• The column can be designed as right or left side lifter.
