Official sales launch of the NOCK CB598 JERKY SLICER

Initially introduced new Nock slicing machine, Cortex CB598 JERKY SLICER at the IFFA in Frankfurt.

After completion of extensive tests, followed by positive feedback from our customers, we would like to inform you of the offiical launch of this model.

The machine is a further development to our circular blade slicing machine range.

Due to its special cutting geometry, the machine is ideally suited to slice thin slices from high, fresh pieces of meat such as beef silverside or pork rump.
